论警察的职业幸福

摘　　要：警察职业幸福是警察在职业活动中追求自身价值的实现和潜能发挥所体验的满足与愉悦。警察职业幸福是物质幸福与精神幸福的统一,自我实现和无私奉献的统一,劳动创造与成果享受的统一。造成目前警察职业幸福感缺失的主要原因是"谋生手段"的警察职业观阻碍了警察对高层次精神幸福的追求,角色冲突导致警察职业认同感下降,过度繁重的工作妨碍了警察对职业幸福感的体验,管理制度的刚性化与警察个体发展自主性的矛盾扭曲了警察对职业幸福的获取。提升警察职业幸福的途径:一是丰富警察职业的幸福资源;二是提升警察职业幸福能力,让警察做一个幸福的警察。The professional happiness of policemen,which is a feeling of satisfaction and ioviality experi enced in the police professional activities in which policemen realize their own value and do iustice to their po tential abilities,consists of the unification of material and spiritual happiness.the unification of self-realization and selfless--contribution and the unification ofmaking creation and enjoying success. Nowadays ,there are four main reasons for the lack of professional happiness feeling of policemen ：the philosophy of regarding police pro fession as “a means of livelihood＇has hindered their pursuit of the higher level spiritual happiness;the role conflict has lead to the drop of their professional identity feeling;the excessively arduous work has impeded po licemen to experience their professional happiness ;and the existence of the contradiction between the rigidity of the management system and the autonomy of the individual development has distorted their access to professional sense of happiness.h is contended that two measures should be taken to promote the professional happiness of policeman and make them happy：one is to provide more resources of happiness and the other is to improve their ability to experience professional happiness.
