新鲜羊膜移植治疗糖尿病足表浅溃疡的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨新鲜羊膜移植治疗糖尿病足表浅溃疡的临床疗效。方法采用新鲜羊膜移植治疗31例糖尿病足表浅溃疡患者，术后参照TEXAS分级变化情况及患者自觉症状改善程度标准，判断其有效率。结果术后31例随访6—36个月，痊愈25例，显效5例，好转1例，未出现伤口局部感染加重及免疫排斥反应等并发症，总有效率为96．8％。结论新鲜羊膜移植治疗糖尿病足表浅溃疡是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。Objective To explore the clinical effect of fresh amniotic membrane transplantation to treat the superficial ulcer of diabetic foot. Methods 31 diabetic foot patients were treated by fresh amniotic membrane transplantation, according to the TEXAS classification standard, judging the good and excellent rate. Results 31 patients were followed - up for 6- 36 months, 25 cases were healed, effectiveness were 5, and 1 case were improved. The excellent and good rate were 96. 8%, and with no complication. Conclusions Fresh amniotic membrane transplantation to treat the superficial ulcer of diabetic foot is a safe and effective method.
