法洛氏四联症的围术期护理

摘　　要：探讨和总结法洛氏四联症患者围术期的护理要点。（1）完善各项术前准备，预防缺氧发作，维护心功能；（2）做好心理护理；（3）术后除有效的心肺功能监测外，强调血容量的控制，保持出人水量平衡；（4）加强各种管道的护理，重视并发症的预防，早期干预，积极治疗。184例术后死亡5例，死亡率2．7％，其余均痊愈出院。对法洛氏四联症患者围术期采取有针对性的护理措施，可以有效预防缺氧发作及术后并发症的发生，降低死亡率。To investigate the main points of perioperative nursing of tetralogy of Fallot. 184 tetralogy of Fallot patients were treated with consummate perioperative nursing, which included precluding hypoxia, protecting the heart function, doing well the mental nursing before surgery; monitoring the cardiorespiratory function especial- ly controling the blood volume and remaining the balance of aqua, strengthening the nursing of various kinds of pipes after surgery and so on. Among all the cases, 2 cases were treated with palliative operation, the others were treated with radical operations. 5 cases were died, the rate of death was 2. 7% （5/182）, the rests were recoverled. Adopting direction nursing intervention to tetralogy of Fallot patients during perioperation can preclud hypoxia and complications effectively and reduce mortality.
