老年性腰椎间盘突出症家庭康复护理的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨家庭康复护理对老年性腰椎间盘突出症恢复的影响。方法将出院后的48例老年性腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各24例，观察组在出院后予以家庭康复护理，6个月后观察其效果。结果6个月后对48例患者进行随访，采用日本整形外科协会“腰椎疾患治疗成绩评分标准”及改善指数分别对其进行评估，对照组出院后6个月评分较出院前评分有所提高（P〈0．05），观察组出院后6个月评分较出院前评分显著提高（P〈0．01），观察组在出院后6个月评分及改善指数较对照组好，两者差异有显著意义（P〈0．01）。结论家庭康复护理对老年性腰椎间盘突出症的恢复有显著效果。Objective To explore the effect of the family rehabilitation nursing of senile prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods 48 eases of senile prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc were randomly divided into control and observation groups, each group 24. eases. Observation group patients were given the family rehabili- tation nursing for 6 months. Results The therapeutic effects were assessed by the treatment of lumbar spine disorders performance criteria＇（Japanese Association of Plastic Surgery）. The score in control and observation group were improved （ P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01 ）, and the score and the improving index of observation group were increased than that of control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ） .Conclusions The family rehabilitation nursing has an obvious effect on senile prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.
