摘 要:[目的]观察天合保肾合剂对糖尿病肾病大鼠氧化损伤的影响。[方法]大鼠经背部切除单侧肾,2周后以链尿佐菌素(STZ)尾静脉注射诱导DN模型,观察天合保肾合剂对糖尿病肾病大鼠肾组织谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。[结果]天合保肾合剂能够显著降低糖尿病肾病大鼠肾组织MDA含量,升高SOD、GSH-Px活力,与模型对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。[结论]天合保肾合剂具有显著的抗氧化损伤的作用。[Objective]To observe the effects of Tianhe Baoshen mixture on oxidative damage in Diabetic Nephropathy rats. [ Methods]Rats were cut the kidney of single side from the back;two weeks later,establish the DN rat model by vena eaudalis injection of STZ, observe the effects of Tianhe Baoshen mixture on GSH-Px,SOD, MDA of kidney tissue in Diabetic Nephropathy rats. [ Results] Tianhe Baoshen mixture could degrade MDA content, and increase SOD,GSH-Px activity significantly; compared with the DN model group, there was significant difference(P〈0.01). [Conclusion]Tianhe Baoshen mixture has significant effect of antioxidative damage.
