5.12地震后藏羌聚居区老年社会支持探析

摘　　要：以5.12地震灾区藏羌地区的老年人作为研究对象,采用问卷调查、访谈和观察方法,比较分析他们在震前常态社会情境中的常态社会支持和震后一段时期内非常态社会情境中的非常态社会支持状况。震前当地老人几乎全部通过家庭及其附着亲邻朋友获得各类社会支持,震后社会支持主体呈现多元化,国家、社会及其组织作用凸显。研究认为,震后非常态社会情境会基本恢复或发展到另一种常态社会情境,但非常态下的老人社会支持必然会随之发生改变。家庭依然会是老人获取各类社会支持的主体;国家将会以制度性社会保障支持老人;社会在提供及培养社会资本方面发挥更为积极的作用等。家庭、社会和国家三方不仅是建构成老人稳固的社会支持体系,也是建构成任何一个公民的社会支持体系。This paper,taking senior citizens in agglomeration of Zang-Qiang nationalities in May 12th earthquake-hit areas as research objects,in the forms of questionnaire,interview and observation,analyzes the normal social support in a normal society before the earthquake in comparison with the non-normal social support in a non-normal society after the earthquake.Before the earthquake,the local senior citizens get various social support mainly from their families,friends and neighbors,but after the earthquake,there are diverse sources of social support and the country,society and organizations begin to play more obvious roles.The research shows that the non-normal social situation of post-earthquake has almost restored or even developed into another kind of normal social situation.But in the non-normal social situation,the senior citizens' social support also changes.Family will still be the object where the senior citizens get various social supports.The country will provide support for the senior citizens by establishing society-guaranteed system.The society will play a more effective role in providing and raising social capital.In conclusion,family,society and country are united together to establish a stable social-support-network for the senior citizens and any citizen of all ages as well.
