摘　　要：介绍GR300型大功率平地机的主要技术参数、系统配置特点与结构特点等。主要结构包括:动力传动系统、液压系统、电器系统、作业装置、驾驶室及前桥等。该机针对露天大型矿场作业场地的特定工况而设计,采用的关键技术有:欧Ⅲ排放标准发动机、ZF液力变速器、美驰后驱动桥、具有过载保护的蜗轮箱等。整机达到CE认证的要求。目前已试制成功并通过工业性试验。Main technical parameters,system configuration features and structural features of model GR300 high power grader are described in the article.Main structures are:power transmission system,hydraulic system,electric system,work attachment,compartment,and front axle etc.The machine was designed aiming at the special work conditions of operating sites in large scale open mines.Key technologies applied are:EurolIJ emission compatible engine,ZF hydraulic transmission,Meritor rear axle as well as worm wheel box with overload protection.The basic machine complies with CE certification,the pilot production is successful and industrial test has been passed.
