12种藏药对鸡胚成纤维细胞的安全浓度和生长的影响

摘　　要：用MTT法测定了藏菖蒲、红景天、决明子、灵芝盖、灵芝柄、龙胆、天冬、降香、乳香、仁青芒觉、二十五味珍珠丸、二十五味松石丸等12种藏药对体外培养的鸡胚成纤维细胞（CEF）的安全浓度和生长的影响。结果显示，各藏药的最大安全质量浓度红景天为31．25mg／L，天冬、降香、决明子和二十五味松石丸为62．5mg／L，乳香为125mg／L，二十五味珍珠丸为250mg／L，藏菖蒲和灵芝柄为1000mg／L，龙胆和仁青芒觉为2500mg／L，灵芝盖为5000mg／L，藏菖蒲为1．954-500mg／L，天冬为1．954-15．625mg／L，决明子为1．954-3．907mg／L，灵芝柄为1．954-7．813mg／L，仁青芒觉为19．54-1250mg／L，龙胆为312．5-625mg／L，可显著促进细胞生长。The effects of 12 Tibetan herbal medicines, Tibetan acorus calamus, Integripetal rhodiola herb, cassia seed, gyrophora pileus, gyrophora stipe, gentian, cochinchinese asparagus root, lignum acronylchiae, libanotus, renqingmangjue, ershiwuwei zhenzhu wan and ershiwuwei songshi wan,on the safety concentrations and growth of chick embryo fibroblast （CEF） were assayed by MTT method. The results showed that their maximal safety concentrations were integripetal rhodiola herb at 31.25 mg/L; cochincbinese asparagus root, lignum acronylchiae, cassia seed and ershiwuwei songshi wan at 62.5 mg/L;libanotus at 125 mg/L; ershiwuwei zhenzhu wan at 250 mg/L;Tibetan acorus calamus and gyrophora stipe at 1 000 mg/L;gentian and renqingmangjue at 2 500 mg/L,gyrophora pileus at 5 000 mg/L respectively. Tibetan acorus calamus at 1. 954-500 mg/L,cochinchinese asparagus root at 1. 954-15. 625 mg/L,cassia seed at 1. 954-3. 907 mg/L,gyrophora stipe at 1. 954-7. 813 mg/L,renqingmangjue at 19.54-1250 mg/ L and gentian at 312.5-625 mg/L promoted the cell growth significantly.
