摘　　要：目的：研究青少年婚前性行为及妊娠的影响因素。方法：采用二分类和多分类Ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ模型对影响因素进行分析。结果：本人文化程度、恋爱年龄、对性问题的态度等对婚前性行为和妊娠的发生有重要影响。结论：对青少年进行性教育已是当务之急。Objective:Studying the relative factors associated with premarital sexual behaviour and pregnancy among adolescents.Method:Dichotomous response logistic regression and polytomous response logistic regression were used to analyze the relative factors associated with adolescent pregnancy.Result:Educational background factors,age for love and attitude to sex have an important influence upon premarital sexual behaviour and pregnancy of any adolescent.Conclusion:It is necessary for adolescent to get proper sexual education.The teaching of sexual knowledge and the training of sexual moral concept should be emphasized as an educational key.
