舒氨西林治疗下呼吸道感染82例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：评价国产舒氨西林治疗下呼吸道感染的效果。方法：８２例患者静脉使用国产舒氨西林，其中３０例采用随机配对法与进口优立新进行疗效对比观察。结果：舒氨西林治疗下呼吸道感染有效率７６．８％，细菌清除率７８．４％，与优立新组疗效对比无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论：国产舒氨西林对多种细菌所引起的下呼吸道感染疗效确切。Objective:To evaluate the antibacterial effectiveness of domestic ampicillin/sulbactam (suamcillin).Method:82 patients with lower respiratory tract infection were administered with suamcillin,a randomized comparative study of efficiency of domestic suamcillin vs imported ampicillin/sulbactam (Unasyn) was carried out simultaneously,each of the two groups consists of 30 cases,the dosage and duration for each group were equal.Result:The total efficiency in successfully treating the disease with suamcillin was 76.8%,bacterial eradication rate was 78.4%,statistics show there is no significant difference in efficiency between domestic suamcillin and imported Unasyn( P >0.05).Conclusion:Domestic suamcillin is effective and atoxic and of no side-effect in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection.
