开放式肩峰成形术及肩袖修补术治疗肩袖损伤16例

摘　　要：[背景]探讨应用开放式肩峰成形术及肩袖修补术治疗Ⅲ度肩袖损伤的方法及其临床疗效．[病例报告]自2005年7月2008年1月间给16例肩袖损伤（HI度）患者施行开放式肩峰成形术，同时将损伤的肩袖充分松解后，缝合在肱骨大结节上．术后肩关节悬吊，借助CPM机功能活动练习．所有患者随访6～35个月，平均为20个月，未见感染及冻肩症状，肩关节疼痛均明显缓解，尤其是夜间疼痛，术后平均UCLA评分由术前的21．8分提高至30．4分．[讨论]开放式肩峰成形及肩袖修补术是治疗肩袖损伤的可靠且有效的方法．BACKGROUND To study the methods and curative effects for In degree rotator cuff injury treated by the open-loop acromioplasty and rotator cuff neoplasty. CASE REPORTS From July 2005 to January 2008, 16 cases of Ⅲ degree rotator cuff injury were treated by the open-loop acromioplasty, and at the same time, after full loose of the injured rotator cuff, it was sutured on the greater tuberosity of humerus. The shoulder joint was administrated was performed with CPM machine. All patients to suspension post-operation, and the functional practice was follow-up for 6-35 months, average 20 months, and had no infection and Duplay＇s syndrome, the shoulder joint ache at night. The average score of UCLA was increased from preoperative 21.8 to postoperative 30.4. DISCUSSION The open-loop acromioplasty and rotator cuff neoplasty are reliable and effective methods for treating the rotator cuff injury.
