摘 要:目的:探讨枸杞在糖尿病视网膜病变患者抗氧化反应中的作用。方法:64例糖尿病视网膜病变患者随机分成治疗组与对照组,治疗组患者用枸杞治疗3个月,观察治疗前后血清中脂质过氧化物(Lipidperoxide,LPO)、维生素C(vitaminC,VC)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(superoxidedismutase,SOD)活性的变化,并与对照组进行了比较。结果:治疗后治疗组患者血清中LPO含量比治疗前明显下降,而维生素C含量和SOD活性比治疗前显著升高。两组之间相比较有显著差异(P<0.001)。结论:枸杞对糖尿病视网膜病变患者的氧化损伤有保护作用。OBJECTIVE: To stusy the effect of Lycium barbarum L. on antioxidizing reaction in the patients with diabetic retinopathy (DR). METHODS: 64 cases of DR were divided random into treated group with Lycium barbarum L. and control group. The patients were treated with lycium barbarum L. for three monthes. The content of lipidperoxide (LPO) and vitamin C and the activites of superoxide dismutase (SOD) were quantified in the patients of treated group before and after treatment, and the contents were compared with the control group. RESULTS: After treatment the content LPO in the serum of the patients treated was obviously decreased, the contents of vitamin C and the activities of SOD were markdly increased compared with control group. The difference between two groups was statistic significant (P<0001). CONCLUSIONS: Lycium barbarum L. could protect from harm of oxidation in the patients with retinopathy.
