摘  要:目的:从北五味子中提取五味子醇甲,并优化五味子的提取工艺。方法:以五味子醇甲总量为评价指标,以紫外分光光度法为测定手段,采用正交实验方案对五味子醇甲的提取工艺进行研究。结果:五味子醇甲的最佳提取工艺为:甲醇-氯仿混合液溶液配比3:1,回流提取次数4次,每次提取时间1.5h,溶剂用量60mL。结论:该法准确可靠,可作为五味子醇甲的提取工艺。Objective: To extract schisandrin from fructus schisandrae chinensis, and optimize the extracting process of fructus schisandrae chinensis. Method: The extracting process of schisandrin was studied by choosing schisandrin total amount as evaluation data, ultraviolet spectrophotometry as test means, and orthogonal experiments as scheme. Result: The optimal extraction technology was in the condition of extracting four times with 60 mL solvent of mixed liquor of methanol - chloroform (3: 1 ) for one and a half hours each time. Conclusion : The process was accurate and reliable, and can be as the extracting technology for fructus schisandrac chinensis.
