正交实验法优化五味子醇甲的提取工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:从北五味子中提取五味子醇甲,并优化五味子的提取工艺。方法:以五味子醇甲总量为评价指标,以紫外分光光度法为测定手段,采用正交实验方案对五味子醇甲的提取工艺进行研究。结果:五味子醇甲的最佳提取工艺为:甲醇-氯仿混合液溶液配比3:1,回流提取次数4次,每次提取时间1.5h,溶剂用量60mL。结论:该法准确可靠,可作为五味子醇甲的提取工艺。Objective： To extract schisandrin from fructus schisandrae chinensis, and optimize the extracting process of fructus schisandrae chinensis. Method： The extracting process of schisandrin was studied by choosing schisandrin total amount as evaluation data, ultraviolet spectrophotometry as test means, and orthogonal experiments as scheme. Result： The optimal extraction technology was in the condition of extracting four times with 60 mL solvent of mixed liquor of methanol - chloroform （3： 1 ） for one and a half hours each time. Conclusion ： The process was accurate and reliable, and can be as the extracting technology for fructus schisandrac chinensis.
