摘  要:研究了甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、硅烷偶联剂、弹性体及压力对聚氯乙烯(PVC)/稻壳复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,硅烷偶联剂、MMA表面改性剂均能有效改善PVC与稻壳间的界面相容性,其中硅烷偶联剂有利于提高材料的冲击性能,MMA则有利于提高材料的拉伸性能。经MMA改性后的稻壳加入(乙烯/辛烯)共聚物接枝马来酸酐(POE-g-MAH)、氯化聚乙烯(PE-C)后,复合材料的冲击性能提高更大。同时通过提高压力并采用硅烷偶联剂与PE-C组合,经锥形双螺杆挤出机成型可以得到性价比高的木塑复合材料。The effects of surface treat agent including methyl methacrylate( MMA), silane coupling agent( WD-20), elastomer(POE-g-MAH and PE-C) and pressure on mechanical properties of PVC/rice hull powder composites were studied. The results showed the compatibility of the composites could be enhanced with the adding of modifier. MMA was more excellent modifier to enhance the tensile strength of the composites than that of WD-20, but WD-20 was better than MMA to enhance impact strength of the composites. POE-g-MAH and PE-C is available modifier to increase the impact strength of the composites with MMA. A kind of high cost performance of wood and plastic composites could be produced by increasing pressure and adjusting the content of silane coupling and PE-C via conical twin-screw extruder.
