摘 要:为了解微量元素锌在镉性肾损伤中的作用,在给大鼠腹腔注射镉(CdCl215μmol/kg)与巯基乙醇(ME300μmol/kg)混合液的同时及2小时后,皮下注射锌(ZnSO415μmol/kg)。结果显示:加锌可使镉所降低的线粒体锌恢复至正常水平,使被镉降低的线粒体超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力有所恢复,并使胞核内镉的转移速率加快,同时受损的肾功能及超微结构得到一定程度的改善。o study the effect of Zn on toxic renal damage induced by Cd,Wistar rats were injected intraperitoneally with 15 μmol/kg CdCl2 mixed with 300 μmol/kg ME,at the same time and 2 hours later after injection of CdCl2 the 15μmol/kg ZnSO4 was given subcutaneously.The results showed that the added Zn could make mitochondria decreased Zn by Cd returned to normal level,the decreased activity of SOD was also resumed in some degree.Zn could also increase the transfer speed of Cd from nuclei,improve the injured renal function and ultrastructure caused by Cd.It was suggested that Zn might have important preventive role in toxic renal damage induced by Cd.
