摘　　要：目的探讨结肠次全切除联合改良Duhamel术对慢性混合性便秘的治疗效果。方法对我院2008年6月至2009年1月采用结肠次全切除联合改良Duhamel术治疗的9例慢性混合性便秘病人的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果所有病人便秘症状缓解,无肛门失禁,近期内无便秘复发。部分病人术后出现直肠刺激症状,尚能耐受。结论结肠次全切除联合改良Duhamel术是治疗慢性混合性便秘的一种有效可行的术式。Objective To evaluate the treatment of subtotal colectomy and modified Duhamel procedure for chronic constipation. Methods Nine pationts with chronic constipation received subtotal colectomy combined with modified Duhamel procedure during June 2008 to January 2009 were retro- spectively analyzed. Results All patients had a remission of constipation symptoms after the surgery. No patients had copracrasia, and there was no recurrent constipation in a short term. Some pationts excreted frequently and tolerate a rectum pain in acceped level. Conclusion The subtotalcolectomy and modified Duhamel procedure is a practicable and effective option for chronic constipation.
