摘  要:介绍了以ADMC401DSP芯片为核心构成控制单元的三相交流感应电机SVPWM变频调速系统,具有位置反馈、速度反馈、电流反馈三闭环结构。通过电流反馈及神经元PID控制算法处理偏差数据,减少逆变器输出电流的谐波成分及电机的谐波损耗,以较低的成本实现三相交流感应电机的连续控制。应用ADMC401芯片内置的软硬件功能,使变频调速系统的响应速度、稳定性和可操作性显著提高,有效地改善了电机低速运行时转矩特性,实现了高精度调速及定位要求。Three - phase AC induction motor SVPWM frequency - variable regulating system, which this paper introduced regard DSP chip ADMC401 as the core constitute control unit. Having three close ring structures of the position feedbacks, the speed feedbacks,and the electric current feedbacks. Through the electric current feedback with neuron - PID algorithm punish deviation datum, realizing the three - phase AC motor continuous control with lower cost. Reduce output current harmonies in converter and harmonics losses of motor. Employ ADMCA01 built- in function to make the response speed, stability and effectiveness of the frequency - variable regulating system improve notably.
