摘　　要：介绍一种新型绿色高效的螺纹脂组成及性能。该螺纹脂以丙烯酸酯类化合物为基体,以云母、特殊石墨粉、柔性石墨等无机材料为填料,结合现代胶粘技术而制得,适用于高温高压气井条件。经过实验室检测和多个油田的现场应用证明其各项性能指标均超过API螺纹脂,不仅具有良好的气密封性,可以防止高压流体和气体侵入,而且耐化学侵蚀,能承受高温。A new environmentally effective thread compound was introduced. With acrylate esters as matrix, mica, spe- cial-graphite, flexible graphite and other inorganic materials as fillers, the thread compound is suitable for high temperature and high pressure gas well. The results of laboratory tests and the application in oilfields shows that the thread compound has good gas tightness, which can prevent high-pressure fluids and gases penetrated, and has high resistance to chemical attack and high temperature.
