摘 要:目的:对石斛混淆品麦穗石豆兰Bulbophyllum orientale Seidenf.的假鳞茎与石斛进行生药学比较,为鉴别石斛类药材和开发麦穗石豆兰的药用价值提供理论依据。方法:采用来源鉴别、性状鉴别、显微鉴别等方法对麦穗石豆兰进行生药学研究。结果:麦穗石豆兰假鳞茎横切面主要特征为:①维管束排成3圈,多为有限外韧型;②导管4~6个散在,微木质化;③薄壁细胞中含淀粉粒。粉末特征主要有淀粉粒和针晶。结论:麦穗石豆兰与石斛在来源、性状及成分方面存在明显差异,该研究为澄清石斛混淆品和深入开展石豆兰属的相关研究提供了生药学资料。Objective: To compare the pseudobulb of Bulbophyllum reptan (Lindl) Lindl. with Dendrobium which was used as Dendrobium. Methods: Pharmacognostic method such as origin identification, macroscopic identification and microscopic identification was used to compare with Dendrobium. Results: The key feature of its pseudobulb cross section included - closed collateral vascular bundle; 4 to 6 vessels in its xylem; starch grain; powder- starch grain and sclereid. Conclusions: It was different to Dendrobium. This report supplies phar-macognostical data for its deeper study and the identification.
