蛇毒神经生长因子凝胶对实验动物皮炎的治疗作用

摘　　要：目的:对蛇毒神经生长因子(Nerve growth factor,NGF)凝胶进行了动物实验研究,包括药理学实验,急性毒性实验,皮肤刺激实验和皮肤过敏实验。方法:利用Hartely豚鼠2,4-二硝基氟苯致红斑性皮炎动物模型。结果:NGF凝胶对红斑性皮炎有明显的作用(P<0.01),超过临床1 200倍有效剂量在用药后7天内不能导致皮肤刺激效应和毒性作用。结论:NGF凝胶在治疗皮炎中有显著疗效,无导致全身和局部的不良反应。Objective： To carry out experiment of Nerve Growth Factor gel on animals. Studies included the pharmacological action, the acute toxicologic action, the dermal irritation and dermal hypersensitivity of the ointment. Methods ： Hartely guinea pig 2, 4 - dinitrofluorbenezene （DNFB） allergic contact dermatitis Were used as an animal model, treated with NGF gel. Results： NGF gel had no acute toxicologic action and irritant reaction to skin but had a significant action on dermatitis erythematosa （P 〈 0. 01 ）. 1200 times the clinical efficient dose of NGF gel did not cause any local dermal irritation and toxic effect 7 days after application of the gel. Conclusion： The NGF gel has remarkable the rapeutic effect in treating dermatitis and does not cause any local or systemic adverse reactions.
