摘　　要：介绍了西门子S7-200系列PLC在小冲杆试验机系统中的运用,实现了试验机的自动化改造,有效地简化了试验步骤。并且使用Visual Basic 6.0软件实现了PLC与PC机之间的串行通讯,实现了对试验数据自动采集、显示以及相关计算等功能。Application of Siemens S7-200 PLC in small punch test （SPT） apparatus was introduced, which realized the automatization and minimized the complexity of operation. The serial communication between PLC and PC was realized by the visual basic software, the data of SPT can automatically be collected, displayed on the PC, calculated to actual mechanical properties.
