摘　　要：本文通过综合上海世博会志愿者工作与北京奥运会志愿者工作的共同特点,与日本、韩国等亚洲邻国以及美国等西方发达国家的志愿者工作进行对比,从而探究中外志愿者工作的不同之处,并从历史、文化等角度配以法律、经济等领域的相关专业知识,深层次、多角度地分析造成这些差异的原因。对于其中值得肯定之处将分析其合理性;对于其中有待改进之处寻找可能的措施,并提出相应的解决方法与对策。In this paper, the Shanghai World Expo General volunteer work volunteer work with the Beijing Olympics common characteristics, with Japan, Korea and other Asian neighbors as well as the United States and other Western developed countries, compared the work of volunteers in order to explore the work of foreign volunteers is different Department, and from a historical and cultural perspective with legal, economic and other fields related to professional knowledge, deep--level, mule;i--angle analysis of the reasons for these differences.
