摘 要:利用马来酸酐接枝的氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(MA-SEBS)作增容剂,采用熔融共混和注塑成型的方法制备了聚丙烯/滑石粉(PP/Talc)复合材料;研究了MA-SEBS对PP/Talc复合材料的断面形貌、热行为和力学性能的影响。结果表明:添加MA-SEBS提高了PP/Talc复合材料中PP相的熔点,降低了PP的结晶温度、结晶速率和结晶度。MA-SEBS增强了Talc与PP的界面黏附性,使Talc在加工过程中更易于剥离。MA-SEBS的存在提高了PP/Talc复合材料的韧性。With maleic anhydride grafted styrene-ethylene/butylene-styrene (MA-SEBS) as compatibilizer, composites based on polypropylene (PP) and talc were prepared via melt mixing and injection molding. The effects of MA-SEBS on morphology, thermal behavior and mechanical properties of the PP/Talc composites were systematically investigated. The results showed that the addition of MA-SEBS increased the melting temperature ( Tm) of PP phase in the composite, but decreased its crystallization temperature ( Tc) , crystallization rate and the degree of crystallinity. MA-SEBS as compatibilizer enhanced the interfacial adhesion between Talc and PP matrix, .which benifited the exfoliation of talc layers during processing PP/Talc composites. At the same time, MA-SEBS improved the Izod impact strength of PP/Tale composites obviously.
