摘  要:将聚苯乙烯-b-聚二甲基硅氧烷-b-聚苯乙烯三嵌段共聚物(PS-b-PDMS-b-PS)与环氧树脂共混制备出一种疏水性环氧涂层。研究了PS-b-PDMS-b-PS的添加量对涂膜的表面性能、柔韧性、耐化学介质稳定性等性能的影响。研究表明:加入少量PS-b-PDMS-b-PS就能显著改善涂膜的表面性能,赋予涂膜疏水性,当PS-b-PDMS-b-PS添加量为10%(质量分数,下同)时,涂膜比纯的环氧树脂固化涂膜接触角提高了39.8°。随着PS-b-PDMS-b-PS添加量的增加,涂膜的柔韧性也得到明显改善,且涂膜仍具有良好的耐化学介质稳定性。A hydrophobic epoxy coating was prepared by blending of PS-b-PDMS-b-PS triblock copolymer and epoxy resin. The effect of different contents of PS-b-PDMS-b-PS on the hydrophobic properties, flexibilities and chemical resistance were studied. The results indicated that the hydrophobic properties were improved dramatically with a small amount of PS-b-PDMS-b-PS added. The contact angle of the modified epoxy coating with 10% PS-b-PDMS-b-PS content was increased by 39.8°, compared to the contact angle of the unmodified coating. And also found that the flexibilities of the epoxy coatings were improved remarkably with the increase of PS-b-PDMS-b-PS content; the epoxy coatings showed good chemical resistance.
