3D Numerical Simulation on Temperature Field and Flow Field in the Tuyere of Blast Furnace (BF) Based on the Fluent Software

摘  要:针对高炉风口破坏的主要因素,采用计算流体力学方法来模拟高炉风口的流场和温度场,探讨进口水压和风口材质纯度杂质对风口表面温度分布的影响。模拟结果表明,当进口水压低于0.4MPa时,水压的提高能显著地降低风口表面的最高温度;当进口水压超过0.4MPa时,随着进口水压的提高,风口表面的最高温度的下降趋于平缓,此时提高风口材质的纯度可以明显降低其最高温度。The flow field and temperature field in the tuyere of BF were simulated by means of CFD (calculated flow dynamics) to understand the effects of the inlet hydraulic pressure and impurities on the surface temperature distribution of BF aiming at the key damaged factors in the BF. The results reveal that with inlet hydraulic pressure less than 0.4MPa, the highest surface temperature of the BF can be greatly decreased with increasing in hydraulic pressure, while with inlet hydraulic pressure more than 0.4MPa, it is slowly decreased with increasing in the hydraulic pressure, however, it can be obviously declined with improving the purity rate of the tuyere.
