摘  要:钛酸丁酯(TBT)直接加入到铸膜液中,在相转化成膜的同时,膜液中的TBT发生水解反应,从而制备出有机-无机杂化膜。实验中制备出不同TiO2含量的PVDF/TiO2杂化膜,研究了添加剂含量对杂化膜的水通量、牛血清蛋白(BSA)截留率和接触角的影响,并通过SEM、EDS和DSC对膜结构进行表征。研究结果显示:杂化膜较未加入TBT的膜的性能有所改善,当TBT加入量为5.7%(质量分数)时,膜的水通量增加了1倍而截留率保持在90%以上;同时TBT对膜结构也有一定影响:杂化膜中海绵状孔减少,指状孔增多;TBT的水解产物部分存留在杂化膜中。Tetra-n-butyl titanate(TBT)was added into the casting solution and hydrolyzed simultaneously in the process of membrane formation of L-S phase inversion to prepare the organic- inorganic hybrid membrane. Different samples with different content of TiO2 were prepared in the experiment. The effect of TBT addition on pure water flux, rejection of bovine serum albumin (BSA) and contact angle was studied. In addition, the structure and properties of polymer/TiO2 hybrid membrane were studied by tensile strength, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). It was found that the properties of the hybrid membrane were better than the polymer membrane. When the mass fraction of TBT is 5.8%, the pure water flux of membrane was nearly doubled while the rejection of BSA was still more than 90%. The structure of membrane had been changed with the addtion of TBT, and the spongetype structure was reduced and the finger-type structure was increased. Titanium was detected in the membrane by the EDS.
