摘  要:针对CIIR/PVC共混体系损耗因子在中常温较低的缺陷,分别采用添加NBR共混、DBP溶胀的方式改性。DMA测试表明,前者在0~100℃的温域内出现了一个很宽的平台,tanδ〉0.15;后者使得阻尼曲线向低温移动,在40~90℃中常温度段,损耗因子大大提高。SEM分析表明,添加NBR共混导致了微相分离。静态力学性能测试表明,DBP溶胀改性使得阻尼材料在室温下的模量变大。NBR共混改性和DBP溶胀改性提高了组分间的相容性、改善了阻尼材料的阻尼温域,得到阻尼性能良好的阻尼材料。To improve the loss factor of CIIR/PVC blends in the low-temperature region, modifications of blending with NBR and swelling with DBP were used. DMTA tests showed that in the former treatment, there appears a great platform during the temperature range from 0-100℃, and tanδ〉0.15. In the latter treatment, the damping curve moves to the low temperature region, which makes the loss factor greatly increased during the temperature range from 40-90℃. SEM showed that the addition of NBR led to the micro-phase separation. Mechanical tests showed that the module of material is improved by swelling with DBP. The modifications of blending and swelling have enhanced the compatibility and improved the temperature range of CIIR/PVC and one kind of good damping rubber was prepared.
