摘　　要：本文以网络安全的基础建设为框架,从建立良好的网络安全策略入手,对如何搭建主动型的网络安全平台,加强主动型基础网络安全建设,建立主动型网络安全模式进行了分析,从而确保整个网络安全体系能够主动防护黑客、病毒的恶意攻击。This article take network security＇s infrastructure as a frame, from establishing good network security policy, analyzed how to build the active network security platform, strengthens the active foundation network security construction, established the active network security pattern, thus guaranteed that the entire network security system could be protected from the hacker, virus＇s malicious attack on its own.
