摘  要:目的:了解三花接骨散使血清内生长激素(GH)的浓度变化与其促进骨折愈合的机理。方法:骨折后3、7、14、28日断头取血,用鼠生长激素放免试剂测定血清中GH浓度。同时取垂体称重量,石蜡包埋切片进行垂体GH免疫组化染色,测定GH细胞面积及GH细胞内激素含量。结果:服三花接骨散14天的骨折组血清GH浓度和垂体GH细胞内激素含量均增高。结论:服药后血清GH增高可能是三花接骨散促进骨折愈合的原因之一。Objective:To understand the relationship between the level of serum growth hormone(GH) and the mechenism of acceleration of bone union with San-Hua bone connecting Powder.Methods:The level of serum GH was detected with GH radioimmunoessay of mouse,the blood specimen being obtain from head amputation with 3、7、14and 28 days after fracture.Meanwhile,being weigh the pituitary gland,tissue section with GH immunohistochemistry technique,to determine the cell area related with GH and the GH content within the GH cell.Results:The level of serum GH and the GH content within the GH cells of pituiary gland by 14 days after fracture with San-Hua bone connecting powder higher than the control.Conclusion:Serum is higher than the control.GH raising may be one of the causes of accelerating bone union effect of San-Hua bone Connecting Powder.
