摘  要:沥青路面施工质量受多种因素影响,一直是业内人士关注和研究的重点。在云南省新河高速公路沥青路面的监控实践中,采用统计过程控制方法对沥青路面施工质量的关键控制指标如油石比、级配(关键筛孔通过率)、压实度等进行监控,收到了良好的质量控制效果。另外,在沥青路面竣工验收和付款中采用统计方法,根据沥青路面施工质量水平计算付款系数,做到真正的"优质优价",有力地保证了沥青路面的施工质量。The construction quality of asphalt pavement is under influence of various factors, and is always concerned and studied by professionals of the field. In the monitoring and control for asphalt pavement of Xinhe Highway in Yunnan Province, statistical process control is appIied to monitoring and controlling key control indexes in construction quality of asphalt pavement sucll as asphalt-aggregate ratio, grading (key sieve mesh pass rate), compactness, etc., and has achieved favorable quality control results. In addition, the statistical method is applied to asphalt pavement for final acceptance and payment, so that payment factor can be calculated according to construction quality of asphalt pavement, "reasonable price for high quality" is truly achieved.
