摘　　要：近年来新农村建设在各地如火如荼地展开。什么样的新农村是广大农民喜欢的,在生态节能和可持续发展的大趋势下,农村建设要注意哪些问题?历史上的人民公社运动对我们又有哪些启示?如何借鉴发达国家的农村建设经验?这些是我们必须思考并解决的问题。New Countryside Constrnction has been launched like a raging fire over recent years in China, which urges us to consider and solve the problems such as what kind of new countryside that will be liked and accepted by the farmers, what shouht be specially noticed under an ecological, energy-efficient and sustainable development circumstance, what enlightenment the People＇s Commune can give us and what we can learn from rnral eonstruction practised by the developed countries in Asia.
