阿维A治疗掌跖部慢性角化性湿疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨小剂量阿维A治疗顽固性掌跖部慢性角化性湿疹的疗效。方法将入选的60例患者按就诊顺序随机分为两组,每组30例。治疗组随中餐顿服阿维A20mg,疗效不显著者改为30mg,皮损消退后改为10mg维持,同时醋酸曲安奈德尿素软膏外用;对照组口服左西替利嗪5mg/d,外用药同治疗组。两组疗程均为8周。分别在治疗第2,4和8周末观察疗效,疗程结束后3个月时观察其复发率。结果治疗8周后冶疗组和对照组有效率分别为89.29%和36.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组复发率分别为20.00%和100.00%,差异无统计学意义。结论阿维A治疗顽固性掌跖部慢性角化性湿疹疗效好,复发率低。Objective To investigate the efficacy of avermectin in treating chronic keratotic eczema of palm and plantar. Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the avermeetin group receiving oral avermeetin treatment and the control group receiving left cetirizine, the same ointment were used. Evalution was performed at 2,4,8weeks of therapy, clinical effect and the rate of recurrence were recorded. Results On week 8, the effective and relapse rates were 89.29% and 20.00%, respectively, in avermectin group; 36.00% and 100.00% , respectively, in control group. There were significant difference about effective rate in two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The study shows that avermectin is effective for the treatment of intractable keratotic chronic eczema of palm and plantar, and the recurrence rate is low.
