摘  要:目的比较两种真菌药敏培养基,即改良Shadomy琼脂与亚甲蓝M-H琼脂对4种抗真菌药物的纸片扩散法药敏试验的影响。方法将分离的141株念球菌用改良Shadomy琼脂和亚甲蓝M-H琼脂和4种丹麦Rosco抗真菌药敏片,分别进行培养及药物敏感试验。结果这两种真菌药敏培养基对两性霉素B、氟胞嘧啶、氟康唑和伊曲康唑敏感试验的符合率分别为100%,46.81%,83.69%和92.20%,敏感性分别为为100%,53.19%,80.85%和94.33%。这两种培养基对两性霉素B和伊曲康唑的药敏试验结果的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对氟康唑和氟胞嘧啶差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论改良Shadomy琼脂与亚甲蓝M-H琼脂在两性霉素B和伊曲康唑的敏感性试验中可以相互替代,但在氟康唑和氟胞嘧啶的试验中符合率较低,结果相差甚远。Objective To evaluate two kinds of culture mediums on Rosco susceptibility test for four antifungal agents. Methods Shadomy's modified agar and M-H (GMB) agar were compared in antifungal susceptibility testing for four kinds of Neo- Sensitabs (Rosco,Denmark) , 141 candidas were tested. Results The coincidence rate of the two culture mediums was 100% , 46.81% , 83.69% , 92.20% for amphotericin B, flurocytosine, fluconazole, itraconazole respectively. There was no obvious difference between amphotericin B and itraconazole( P 〉 0.05 ) , but significant difference exists in flurocytosine and fluconazole( P 〈 0.01 ) by two different culture mediums. Conclusion Shadomy's modified agar and M-Hagar could be substituted on the sensitive of amphotevicin B and itrawnazol e, but coincidence rate between flurocytosine and fluconazole were lower.
