摘　　要：本文简要介绍围术期患者的免疫功能状态和疼痛对免疫系统的影响，以及疼痛治疗在缓解围术期免疫抑制、降低肿瘤转移生长等方面的确切疗效，为临床开展围术期疼痛治疗提供依据及参考。This article mainly reviewed the perioperative immune state of patients,the effects of pain on the immune system, and the exact efficacy of pain control on relieving the immunological suppression and reducing the metastasis of tumor. Clinicians can get benefits from the opinions in terms of developing perioperative pain treatment.
