摘　　要：促进体育生态系统的可持续发展,首先要构建正确的体育生态意识。在明确体育生态意识内涵的基础上,探讨体育的自然环境、社会环境、规范环境对构建体育生态意识的影响,提出增强体育生态意识就要构建体育生态教育体系和体育生态优化体系,指出体育生态的适应与发展同步原则、平衡与失衡统一原则、共生与竞争协调原则是构建体育生态意识的重要基础,遵循这些原则才能树立良好的体育生态意识,促进体育事业健康发展。In order to promote the sustainable development of ecological system of physical education, correct ecological consciousness of physical education must be constructed firstly. Based on defining the connotation of ecological consciousness of physical education, effects on the construction of ecological consciousness is explored of the natural, social, and regulative factors. To strengthen the ecological consciousness of physical education is to build an education system and an optimization system of it. The fundamentals of the construction of ecological consciousness of physical education are the principles of synchronization of adaptation and development, unification of equilibrium and disequilibrium, coordination of co-existence and competition. Only by observing the said principles can the good ecological consciousness of physical education be established, and the healthy development of physical education be promoted.
