摘　　要：当前配网自动化正从单项自动化林立的“多岛自动化”走向“综合集成”和“电力市场”。文中结合当代的技术发展趋势，对配网系统自动化的综合优化设计问题进行了分析，力图寻求一个“性能价格比”好、能“统一规划，分步实施”、不致因系统发展或技术进步而“推倒重来”的总体系统设计。最后，文章还就城网改造和配网自动化的关系作了简要说明。At present the 'Islands Automation' of power distribution system are moving towards system integration and electricity market. Taking account of the developing trend of modern technique, the integrated and optimized design for distribution system automation is analyzed in this paper, so as to find a reasonable way of planning totally in advance, while executing step by step without serious modification.
