摘　　要：详细介绍了甘肃电网调度员仿真培训系统（ＧＳＤＴＳ）的配置、功能、构成及特点。该系统能模拟甘肃电网在各种运行方式下的稳态工况，能迅速地再现系统的潮流和电压分布以及系统的稳态频率，具有灵活的培训仿真功能，是计算机科学、图形学、数据库、网络技术等计算机技术和电力系统理论与计算相结合的成果。The configuration, function, architecture and feature of Dispatcher Training System (DTS) for Gansu power network are presented in detail. This DTS can simulate the steady state condition under different operating mode of Gansu power network and replay the steady state frequency, the distribution of power flow and voltage of the system. It has flexible training function and can be regarded as the result of combining the computer science, graphics, data base, network technology with the power system theory and calculation.
