摘 要:采用表面振动法进行了柴油机表面辐射噪声的诊断,并对附加自由和复合阻尼的薄壁件进行了声辐射效率试验研究和整机试验。研究结果表明:油底壳、缸盖罩和齿轮室罩等薄壁件是柴油机噪声的主要辐射部件;附加自由阻尼的薄壁件声辐射效率与原状态相近,附加复合阻尼的薄壁件声辐射效率在中高频比原状态优越,而低频段却相反;附加自由阻尼的薄壁件降噪效果不明显,而附加复合阻尼的薄壁件在中低速具有较好的降噪效果。The radiation noise sources in diesel engine were identified by using surface vibration technique.The experiment of sound radiation efficiency and engine noise test were carried out when the engine was equipped with thin-wall components with free and compound damping.The results show that the main sources of surface radiation noise are oil sump,cylinder head cover and gear case cover etc..The sound radiation efficiency of the thin-wall components with free damping is close to the original state,it is better than the original state at middle and high frequency with compound damping,but at low frequency it is worse.Appending free damping on the thin-wall components doesn't effectively reduce the engine noise,while appending compound damping will result in reduction of the engine noise at low and middle speed.
