摘  要:目的:探讨异丙酚预处理对严重烫伤后大鼠的保护作用。方法:清洁级成年SD大鼠30只,随机分为假烫伤组、烫伤组、异丙酚预处理组,每组10只,建立大鼠30%体表面积Ⅲ度烫伤模型,烫伤后6h麻醉下开胸、心内取血,观察血浆中丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的变化及观察烫伤时大鼠活动状况。结果:(1)烫伤组血浆SOD活性显著下降,MDA水平明显升高。与烫伤组比较,异丙酚预处理组血浆SOD活性显著提高,MDA含量显著降低,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。(2)异丙酚预处理组烫伤时都为镇静状态,烫伤过程无明显反抗,仅出现轻微的身体扭动。烫伤组大鼠烫伤过程极度恐慌、暴躁,躯体扭动强烈。结论:异丙酚可以通过机体的抗氧化、抗心理应激,抑制脂质过氧化产物的形成,对烫伤后机体有明显保护作用。Objective To observe the protective effects of propofol pretreatment on plasma superoxide dismutase and malondialdehyde in rats with severe thermal trauma. Methods Thirty adult male Sprague-dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups: sham group(Group S, rats who underwent sham burn, n=10); burn group(Group B, rats weregiven third-degree burns over 30% total body surface area and lactated ringer's solution for resuscitation, n=10) ; propofol pretreatment group (Group P, rats weregiven propofol 10 minutes before burn, others like Group B, n=10). Behavioral response of rats , plasma superoxide dismutase activityandmalondiadehyde levels were detected in rats at 6 hour after burn. Results ( 1 )Compared with Group S, plasma MDA increased and plasma SOD decreased significantly (P〈 0.01, 0.01 ). Propofol pretreatment markedly inhibited increasing MDA and decreasing SOD induced by severe thermal trauma. (2) rats were calmed after injected propofol, and propofol pretreatment markedly decreased behavioral response during thermal trauma. Conclussion Propofol pretreatment could effectively inhibit lipid peroxidation damage to multiple organs induced by thermal trauma.
