经皮肾穿刺微造瘘输尿管镜双频双脉冲激光碎石术治疗复杂性肾结石(附35例报告)

摘　　要：目的:探讨经皮肾穿刺微造瘘(mini-PCNL)治疗复杂性肾结石的安全性及有效性。方法:采用经皮肾穿刺微造瘘输尿管镜双频双脉冲(U100)激光碎石术治疗复杂性肾结石35例。结果:23例结石一次取净,6例结石二次取净,4例结合体外震波碎石排净,2例有少量结石残留。结论:经皮肾穿刺微造瘘结合U100激光碎石术治疗肾结石具有创伤小、安全有效、恢复快、痛苦少的优点,是治疗复杂性肾结石的良好方法之一。Objective： To evaluate the effect and safe of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy （MPCNL） with the frequency-doubled-double pulse laser in the treatment of complex kidney calculi. Methods： Thirty-five cases with complex kidney calcul were treated with MPCNL and frequency-doubled-double pulse laser. Results： The stones were cleared off at one section in 23 cases ,two sections in 6 and 4 cases were cured by ESWL after two sections, 2 cases had a residual stone. Conclusions： MPCNL with the frequency-doubled-double pulse laser is less invasive, effective and safe in treatment of complicated renal stone.
