僵硬性马蹄内翻足畸形手术治疗

摘　　要：目的:探讨僵硬性马蹄内翻足手术治疗效果。方法:2006年7月～2007年5月收治僵硬性马蹄内翻足畸形78例。结果:随访6～17个月,Maryland足功能评定:优7例,良55例,可11例,差5例。并发症:感染3例,足趾皮肤缺血坏死4例,足背滑囊炎2例。结论:对于僵硬性马蹄内翻足畸形手术根据不同年龄组及畸形程度采用不同手术方法可取得较好疗效。Objective： To investigate the rigidity clubfoot with surgical treatment. Methods： In July 2006- 2007 in May, admitted 78 cases with rigidity talipes equinovarus deformity admitted. Results： Follow-up in six to seventeen, the follow-up function Maryland foot score： gifted seven cases, good in 55 cases, fair in 11 cases, five cases of poor, and complications; three cases of infection, avascular necrosis of the toe skin four cases, the dorsalis pedis bursitis two cases. Conclusion： According to different age group and the degree of deformity rigidity talipes equinovarus deformities using different operation may obtain good effect.
