摘  要:目的研究和优化栀子黄色素的提取工艺。方法采用均匀试验设计,以栀子黄色素的色价、OD值和收率为指标,对浸取时间、浸取次数、乙醇浓度和液料比因素的影响进行了优化;并应用硅胶柱色谱法纯化了色素。结果按优化后的条件成功获得栀子黄色素的提取物,以此为原料,经简单地硅胶色谱分离,即获得色价≥380,OD值≤0.32的高色价栀子黄色素。结论所用方法简便,成本低廉,重复性好。OBJECTIVE To study and optimize the extracion procedure of Gardenia yellow pigment. METHODS The color - values, OD values and the yields were used as the indexes, the duration and the times of extraction, the concentration and the amount of solvent were studied by the uniform design. The purification of Gardenia yellow was also studied by silica gel column chromatography. RESULTS Through above methods, high qualitfied gardenia yellow pigment extract was obtained, and from the extract, color - value 380 and OD - value 0.32 was obtained by simple silica column chromatography. CONCLUSION This method is convenient, less - cost, and good reproducibility.
