HPLC测定不同产地和不同时间的积雪草中的积雪草苷和羟基积雪草苷

摘　　要：目的测定不同产地及不同采收季节的积雪草中积雪草苷、羟基积雪草苷的含量。方法采用Agilent C18色谱柱，流动相为乙腈-水，梯度洗脱，流速1．0ml·min^-1，检测波长205nm，柱温30℃。结果积雪草苷和羟基积雪草苷平均的回收率分别为99．5％、100．3％，RSD分别为1．06％、1．21％（n=6）。结论不同产地中的积雪草苷、羟基积雪草苷的含量有差异。广西南宁地区产积雪草中，6～10月采收的积雪草中积雪草苷、羟基积雪草苷含量较高。OBJECTIVE To determine the contents of asiaticoside and madecassoside in Centella asiatica urban collected from different seasons and producing areas. METHODS Agilent C18 column was used with acetonitrile - water as mobile phase with gradient elution and the detection wavelength was at 205 nm. Flow rate was at 1.0 ml·min^-1 and column temperature was 30℃. RESULTS The average recovery of assiaticoside was 100.6% with RSD of 1.21% （n = 6）. The average recovery of madecassoside was 99.3% with RSD of 0.94% （ n = 6）. CONCLUSION The experimental results show that the contents of asiaticoside and madecasmside in Centella asiatica Urban collected from different seasons and producing areas, are different. The content is higher of the asiaticoside and madecassoside in Centella asiatica urban collected from june to october in Nanning in Guangxi province.
