摘 要:报道了一种新的碱性燃料电池氧电极的非贵金属催化剂。这种用化学还原法制备的Ag-Ni-Bi-Hg/C催化剂对氧的阴极还原具有较高的活性。助催化剂Ni,Bi,Hg可以显著提高Ag/C催化剂的活性,XRD证实,助催化剂的加入使银的结晶趋于非晶态化,减小了银结晶的尺寸。经过5200h的寿命考察,催化剂活性没有明显的改变。A new kind of non noble metal catalyst for the oxygen electrode of alkaline fuel cells was investigated.The Ag Ni Bi Hg/C catalyst prepared by chemical reduction was active for the cathodic reduction of oxygen.It was found that the catalytic activity was improved by adding Ni,Bi,Hg to Ag/C catalyst.XRD indicated that the crystalline silver turned into amorphous in the presence of doping agents and the grain size of silver was reduced.No dramatic deactivation of the catalyst occured after 5200 hours of service.
