摘 要:为实现高效的地面低温光学校正,设计了一套系统以实现红外后光学组件和辐射制冷器的分离。该系统包括低温真空腔体、冷箱内的多级结构、级间Kevlar纤维支撑和冷量传输部件。运用有限元软件分析了各级冷损,并对关键结构作了准静态分析和纤维支撑预紧力的估算。计算结果表明该设计方案具有良好的热学性能和力学结构强度。A system for detaching the IR aft optical components from the radiant cooler was designed in order to achieve a highly efficient adjusting of cryogenic optics on ground. The system was made up of cryogenic vacuum chamber, multi-temperature zones structure in cold box, Kevlar fiber support among zones and some heat transfer parts. Finite element method (FEM) software was used to calculate heat loads of different temperature zones and the static analysis of key structures was accomplished. The amounts of pretightening forces on fibers were predicted. The results demonstrated that the design had a good thermal performance and mechanical structured intensity.
