摘　　要：针对现有线阵列X射线数字成像技术的设计原理和存在的不足,利用图像增强器和图像传感器的最新技术成果,研制成功新型线扫描成像系统。该系统在检测速度为6m/min的条件下,最高分辨率可达10.0Lp/mm,IQI灵敏度1.25～1.60%,图像质量满足JB/T4730—2005标准AB级要求。系统可广泛应用于锅炉压力容器和压力管道焊缝及铸造零件的内部缺陷检测。After analyzing the design principle and the existed insufficiency of linear array digital X-ray imaging technology, a new digital imaging system which utilizes the latest technological achievements of image intensifier and image sensors has been developed. At the speed of 10m/min, the resolution reaches up to 10. 0 Lp/mm, the IQI sensitivity is between 1.25-1. 60%, image quality meets JB/T 4730-2005 AB requirement. The system can be extensively used in the field of defects inspection towards pressure vessels, boiler, pressure pipe welding as well as casting parts.
