摘  要:目的观察缺氧对血管内皮细胞胞浆内线粒体膜电位(MMP)的影响,并探讨金钠多的保护作用。方法建立人大动脉血管内皮细胞缺氧损伤模型,实验分为对照组、单纯缺氧组、缺氧+金钠多组3组,应用激光共聚焦显微镜测量各组血管内皮细胞内MMP。结果单纯缺氧组与对照组比较MMP明显下降(P<0.01);单纯缺氧+金钠多组与单纯缺氧组比较MMP明显升高(P<0.01),但仍低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论缺氧可以导致人大动脉血管内皮细胞内MMP降低,金钠多对缺氧所致的MMP的降低具有保护作用。Objective To explore the changes of the mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP) in the vascular endothelial cells(VEC) injured by hypoxia and protection of ginaton. Methods VEC were divided into control group, simple hypoxia group and hypoxia + ginaton group, the MMP were detected respectively by laser scanning confocal microscope. Results The MMP of simple hypoxia group was significantly higher than that of control group(P 〈0.01 ). The MMP of hypoxia + ginaton group was significantly lower than that of simple hypoxia group ( P 〈 0.01 ), but still higher than that of the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Hypoxia can significantly increase the MMP in VEC and ginaton has protective effection to it.
