摘　　要：随着高校办学规模的扩大,招生数量的增多,国家和社会对教育质量普遍关注。教学督导作为教学质量监控体系中的重要组成部分,在教学管理中占据着十分重要的地位,已成为高校质量管理的重要手段。构建科学、规范、合理的创新型教学督导工作体系,全方位提高教学督导效能,对于确保人才培养质量、提高教学水平具有重要意义。As the size of universities and the numbers of students in universities are becoming larger and larger,both the government and society are now paying much more attention to the teaching quality.As an important part in the teaching quality supervision system,teaching supervision is significantly important in the teaching management and it has become a very important measure for the management of universities quality~ To construct a scientific,standard,and sound innovative teaching supervision system and improve the efficiency of the teaching supervision comprehensively is of significance in ensuring the quality of personnel training and improving teaching.
