超声振动系统设计及性能分析的解析方法

摘　　要：在分析与推求变截面杆纵振动控制方程及其通解的基础上，给出了超声振动系统设计及性能分析的解析过程中所采用的一些基本公式。结合范例，介绍了用解析法进行超声换能器、变幅杆及其组合谐振系统的设计及性能分析的基本步骤。Based on the analysis and inquity into the governing equation its solutions for the longitudinal vibration of variable cross-sectional bar,some fundamental formulas used analytically in designing and analyzing the ultrasonic vibration systems are given.Combined with examples,the main steps using the analytical method to design and analyze the performance of ultrasonic transducers,amplitude transformers,and the resonant systems of their combinations are introduced.
