高纯双酚S的合成

摘　　要：以苯酚和硫酸为原料，在催化剂的存在下合成双酚Ｓ。讨论了原料配比、硫酸浓度、磺化温度、催化剂等条件对反应的影响。在最佳反应条件下，双酚Ｓ的产率达９０％以上，纯度≥９９％，产品熔点为２４９～２５０℃。High purity bisphenolS was synthesized with phenol and sulfuric acid as raw materials in the presence of a catalyst. The effect of ratios of the reactants,concentration of sulfuric acid, sulfonation temperature,catalysts, etc,on the reaction was discussed. Under the optimum condition,the yield of bisphenolS reached above 90% with purity more than 99%,the melting point of the product was 249～250℃.
